IMASHPEE PLANNING BOARD MFMING <br /> Wednesday, November 4, 1987 <br /> Planning Board Members Present: Judy Milla , Tony Ferragamo, Scott Me"kill, <br /> Richardson Jonas and Louise Behxmuin. <br /> Also Present; Town Engineer-Charles Rowley and Town Planner-Tom Fudala <br /> Applicant: New Seabury Corporation <br /> Wading Place Road. <br /> Signature of revised 4-lot AlR Plan for Wading Place Road. <br /> Scott McAskill stepped down. <br /> Represented by Jack Brown. <br /> Tony stated that the Town Council feels that the Planning Board cannot <br /> approve the ANR pbt due to the representation ob thb. ANR as it is right now <br /> but due to the fact that there are several documents involved that they do not <br /> have a basis for, in other words they do not exist right ncw. in 1964 the <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals approved the original Special Permit application that <br /> was filed by New 3eabury and this was accompanied by a plan that was known <br /> as land court plan 11408-34. According to the Town Council that plan does not <br /> show a way it shows strictly reserve area as a piece of land not a way. <br /> The problem is he cannot find a basis for the 1966 Plan that comes with this <br /> ANR and the Planning Board cannot approve it, <br /> The Planning Board discussed the land court situation and stated that for the <br /> su.—rreyor to follow the land acurt regulations they have tc- list the most up <br /> to date land court case. <br /> The Planning Board will write to the Town Council and discuss the situation. <br /> Jack Brow withdrew the plan. <br /> The Planning Board all in favor of withdrawing the plan. <br /> Applicant: Daniel Hcstetter <br /> Quinaquisset Avenue <br /> Submission of signature of acpy cf plan already signed, but <br /> subsequently <br /> The Planning All in favcr. <br />
