TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> PLANNING BOARD <br /> PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> Pursuant to the Massachusetts General Laws, The Mashpee Planning Board will <br /> conduct a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, April 16, 1986 at 8:05 p.m. <br /> in the Town Hall, Great Neck Road North, Mashpee to consider a proposed <br /> warrant article for action at the May 5, 1986 town meeting which would lay <br /> out and define a portion of William Mingo Read as shown on a plan on file <br /> with the Town Clerk dated January 21, 1986 and entitled "Town of Mashpee <br /> Plan of Road Definition of a Portion of William Mingo Road as laid out by <br /> the Selectmen. Scale: 1"=40' January 22, 1986 Baxter & Nye, Inc. , Registered <br /> p Land Surveyors & Civil Engineers, Osterville, Ma." and which would further <br /> n: <br /> '$rF authorize and instruct the Selectmen to purchase or take by eminent domain <br /> on behalf of the Town of Mashpee, the land or an interest in the land, <br /> within the sidelines of said layout. <br /> Copies of the proposed warrant article and plan are on file in the Office <br /> of the Town Clerk and may be inspected during normal business hours. <br /> Richard S.
