Seconded by Mr.David I oohar n. voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> BOARD CMS <br /> Old Business <br /> ND&t Mlitary Civil Community Council/update off Joint Land Use Study JLUS <br /> Mr. Kooharian stated he had nothing new to report. <br /> Ma hpee Commons <br /> The Chair reported that she, Mr. Kooharian, and Mr. i'udala met with Mr. Storrs regarding the <br /> draft brochure for the Grwnways Proposal. The Chair stated the discussion was very good and <br /> Mr. Storrs thought it was a good idea and had some suggestions. 1r. Storrs wants to concentrate <br /> on the current plan and deal with the other stages at a later date. The Chair also reported that <br /> other questions that were addressed at the meeting is that the budget plan needs to be worked on <br /> and to address-the maintenance costs and what are the liability issues. Mr. Fudala stated he will <br /> be checking with the insurance company regarding the liability issues. <br /> The Chair noted that the planning Board has been invited to attend a Selectmen's Meeting <br /> regarding the Greenways Proposal. Mr. Fudala stated this has been scheduled for October 1, at <br /> 7:00 p.m. Mary Way an, George Petersen and Mr. Balz rini will be attending. <br /> New Business <br /> C. Rowley Expense Vouchers <br /> Mr. Rowley reported he had no expenses for this meeting. <br /> Mr. Pudaia reported that in reviewing the previous plans for town meeting-he noted that the end <br /> of Nosy Hill load was not clearly defined on the layout. <br /> Motion: Mr. Bahariui moved to dearly define the southern end of Nosy Road on sheet <br /> 1 of 2 dated 2012 for town meeting,seconded by Mr.Kooh voted unanimously. <br /> 107 Commercial Street Inspections <br /> The Chair referred to Mr. Rowley's letter dated September 18, 2012. Mr. Rowley reviewed his <br /> letter stating that the inspection of work in progress at 107 Commercial Street was completed <br /> and shoulders were lowed and hydro seeded. He reviewed the re ' g work that needs to be <br /> done which included minor landscaping and planting, the completion of the stockade fence on <br /> the southerly side, the removal of the construction trailers, relocation of the dump ;r and <br /> repaving and striping of the old durnpster area that is next to the existing building. The <br /> contractor informed him that the trailers will be removed on or before October 1, 2012. fir. <br />
