Formal inspections covered by the basic inspection fees listed above include drainage <br /> inspection, gravel inspection, inspection ofpaving binder course, inspection of paving <br /> finish course and final inspection for roadways In subdivisions and for roadways and <br /> parking areas in special permit projects other than cluster subdivisions, as well as other <br /> site d v lopment, exclusive of buildings, as required by the Planning Board, for special <br /> perrnit projects-. <br /> re-inspection fee will be charged for additional inspections beyond those listed <br /> above that are made necessary due to unsatisfactory materials or construction that lead to <br /> a failure to pass the original inspection. <br /> The filing and review fees specified above shall be submitted to the Board as part of <br /> the original application for any permit. An application will be deemed to be incomplete <br /> without payment of said fees at the time of submittal. <br /> Inspection fees specified above shall be submitted to the board within 20 calendar <br /> days following in the approval of any special permit and or definitive sub li ision plan and <br /> prior to the Board's endorsement of any subdivision plan or special permit decision. <br /> Any re-inspection fees due shall be submitted prior to the release of any roadway <br /> covenant or performance bond for road construction or other facilities covered by a <br /> subdivision or special permit approval. <br />
