i <br /> Mr. Bonvie has worked very closely with the Landscape <br /> Committee, indicating agreed upon additional plantings <br /> (B) in certain areas of concern. Said notation having been <br /> signed by both Mt. Bonvie and member of the Committee . <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked the Board for -approval of said <br /> Landscape Plan so that planting can begin. <br /> The Chairman then recognized the following members of <br /> the public for comment : <br /> Dick Felonberg - Asked whir p racantha had been <br /> selected as the planting. <br /> Mr. Bonvie responded the landscaper and landscape <br /> architect were instructed to produce a list of plantings <br /> that would grow in semi-shade, were not invasive, low <br /> maintenance, aril aesthetically plea-sing. The Landscape <br /> Committee- as well as the project landscaper are in <br /> agreement that this is the best option. <br /> The speaker expressed concern that the planting wi-11 <br /> not provide much cover. (He- seemed to satisfied ,that <br /> others were in agreement that this is a good choice. ) <br /> 16 response to a question asked by th-e Chairman, Mr. <br /> Bonvie replied the pracantha plant size will be 3-gallon <br /> space, 10- t. on center, as recommended by the landscaper, <br /> landsc-ape architect, and the Landscape Committee . <br /> There being no further Board or .Public comment on .this <br /> issue, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Don Myers made a Motion to approve the <br /> Landscaping Plan regarding the fence line around Old <br /> Barnstable Road as outlined on Plan dated January 13, 2 004, <br /> Southport on Cape Cod, including the sign-off o-f sheets <br /> number 2, i 3, and ; which Motion was duly seconded by Steve <br /> Dolan and so voted unanimously. <br /> Modification to Revegetation/Landscape Plan <br /> For Existing Portions of Phase 1 and II <br /> The Town Planner reported the Developer is not <br /> prepared to move forward with this matter at this time. <br /> Additional information is required, several site visits <br /> have been conducted, relocation of- some of the planting <br /> 1 <br />
