Tree number 2686 is to be preserved, the proposed walkway is to be relocated. Tree number 5182 has been located in the field, but not shown on the plans . Mr. Nadzelika has amended the plan to show this particular tree. Tree number - o also now shows on the plan . Rel-ocating the parking lot/driveway has preserved the grove of trees . There being no further discussion in this matter the Chairman entertained a motion.. MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to approve the Landscape Plans for Buildings 42 and 45, as reprised on plan submitted to the Planning Board dated March 5, 2004, "Landscape Plan Windchime Point 2-pages, Phase 3, Buildings 42-45, dated March 5, 2004, Revised 04/21/0 Gardens by Rebecca, P. O. Box 2046, Centerville, MA 02 6 "; which Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously. t this point of the Meeting the Chairman reopened discussion of the signoff of Phase II, recognizing Martin O' Malley, Chairman, windch-ime Point Condominiums . The Chairm' an informed Mr . O'Malley of the Board request for an appearance of the engineer controlling the plant and himself, as Chairman of the Association. Y Mr. O' Malley apologized for not appearing earlier this evening., explaining he had a conflict with another meeting. He explained the- Association is fully aware of the Board' s concerns and that they are prepared to address the matter. Mr. O' Malley agreed it would be appropriate for the engineer to appear. He explained there are five ) people responsible for control of the. t-reatment plant.
