Tree number 2686 is to be preserved, the proposed <br /> walkway is to be relocated. <br /> Tree number 5182 has been located in the field, but <br /> not shown on the plans . Mr. Nadzelika has amended the plan <br /> to show this particular tree. <br /> Tree number - o also now shows on the plan . <br /> Rel-ocating the parking lot/driveway has preserved the grove <br /> of trees . <br /> There being no further discussion in this matter the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion.. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to approve the <br /> Landscape Plans for Buildings 42 and 45, as reprised on plan <br /> submitted to the Planning Board dated March 5, 2004, <br /> "Landscape Plan Windchime Point 2-pages, Phase 3, Buildings <br /> 42-45, dated March 5, 2004, Revised 04/21/0 Gardens by <br /> Rebecca, P. O. Box 2046, Centerville, MA 02 6 "; which <br /> Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> t this point of the Meeting the Chairman reopened <br /> discussion of the signoff of Phase II, recognizing Martin <br /> O' Malley, Chairman, windch-ime Point Condominiums . <br /> The Chairm' an informed Mr . O'Malley of the Board <br /> request for an appearance of the engineer controlling the <br /> plant and himself, as Chairman of the Association. <br /> Y <br /> Mr. O' Malley apologized for not appearing earlier this <br /> evening., explaining he had a conflict with another meeting. <br /> He explained the- Association is fully aware of the Board' s <br /> concerns and that they are prepared to address the matter. <br /> Mr. O' Malley agreed it would be appropriate for the <br /> engineer to appear.
