The app inted hour having arrived, the Chairman called the Public Hearing in this ratter to order. The Chairman recognized Torn Quinn, Windchime Point, who reported the permit has technically been filed by the Board of Trustees . r. Quinn explained that most members of the Board of Trustees are attending another meeting and have asked him to represent therm as they will be sharing the cost for this project . r. Quinn reported there has been discussion regarding the relocation of the post office building to a safer location. He provided "6 indchime Sketch for Post office R loc t ion" for Board review. References - were being made to the sketch, Mr. Quinn was commenting on the Special Permit requirement that the construction entrance be closed off upon completion of construction. He made reference to proposed traffic flow, noting congestion at the entrance. Mr . Quinn suggested utilizing the construction entrance with proper grading, would benefit traffic flow, he feels the Fare Department would approve a second entrance) and would allow construction of the post office without disturbing the tree buffer coverage. Six to eight parking spaces are being proposed and considered to be sufficient . Mr. Quinn spoke to traffic patterns, set' back issues from Great Neck Road to the location of proposed parking spaces . Dennis Balzarini expressed concern with the road and the possibility of creating two entrances . His concerns being for safety and parting issues .
