There was some discussion regarding transformer <br /> service, possible landscaping/concealment . <br /> The Chairman inquired about the possibility of placing <br /> this equipment underground. <br /> r. Bonvie answered an -Star engineer would be <br /> responsible for locating primary installations . <br /> The Chairman suggested said photographs be kept in the <br /> file. <br /> Linda Fletcher inquired as to verification of the ten- <br /> foot restrictions . <br /> Mr. Bonvie spode to the difficulties of communicating <br /> with the utility company. <br /> The Chairman suggested the Town Planner rake an <br /> attempt to contact a representative. of the electric company <br /> and arrange for an appearance before the Board in order t <br /> address the matter of placement and whether it was done so <br /> in accordance with an approved plan. She suggested the <br /> Town Administrator and Board of Selectmen assist in this <br /> regard. <br /> Mrs . Walter asked Mr. Bonvie which plan had been <br /> distributed to the utility companies . <br /> I . Bonvie responded, Phase I and Phase II approved <br /> plans, as provided by the Planning Department. <br /> Bob- Hutchinson -- Expressed appreciation to the Board <br /> and Mr. Bonvie for what has been accomplished thus far. . He <br /> agreed the Board of Selectmen should become involved in <br /> meeting with the utility company in order to resolve this <br /> matter. <br /> The Town Planner asked for a specific continuance, date <br /> regarding the parking pad issue .
