(This has not yet been done. ) <br /> Report - Southport <br /> The Town Planner reported he has inspected the <br /> following: <br /> Temporary construction entrance - the guardhouse is in <br /> place and staffed.. <br /> New planting beds in existing developed area - some of <br /> the mounds are not there, one reason being that there are <br /> trees where the mounds should be which were not depicted on <br /> the landscape plan; others are located in the wrong <br /> location. <br /> full report has been provided to Mr . B nvie . <br /> meeting with the landscape a-rchitect has been scheduled in <br /> order to remedy the above is.-sues. <br /> The 'Town Planner also indicated the plan should b <br /> revised for consistence, which Mr. Bonvie will provide for <br /> the next meeting. He will also provide the parking plan <br /> revisions . <br /> Irrigation failities - installation has begun, which <br /> has been confirmed by the residents . <br /> Although construction of new parking pads has begun, <br /> the stone base was not provided.
