The Chairman recognized Linda F'letch'er, who .deferred <br /> to the President of the Association as this is community <br /> property, stating however that she would- be in favor of <br /> - aving the tree-. <br /> Mr. Benvie agreed to communicate with the r sid'ents of <br /> the building inn question to ascertain whether or not there <br /> would be adequate parking with the reduction of 1-parking <br /> space . If' it . is deemed the parking would be inadequate, <br /> .the tree may have to be. r'emo ed and additional footage <br /> added. <br /> Attorney Dunning referred to land3caping removal in. _ <br /> order to preserve existing trees . <br /> The Town Planner made the following notations - There <br /> Ls an existing tree at Unit 239 that should be moored more <br /> than 10-feet dine to the location of a catch basin, which <br /> change has not been made on the plan. <br /> Executive Drive, Unit 27 - fairly significant utilit-y <br /> box that should be screened landscaped. <br /> Attorney Dunning - Removal of some planting due to <br /> existing vegetation; a reduction. of parking pads from 3 to <br /> 2 .in the same area. <br /> There are additional plantings, a-s well a,s additional <br /> parking pads . <br /> The Town Planner noted a series of landsc.ape mounds <br /> shown between units 195, 197, and 189 that are really quite <br /> i <br /> different on the c rou d and that the plan should be reprised <br /> to reflect this . <br /> The Chairman recognized Ken Wilson, Landscaper, who <br /> explained the reason could have been Dig safe issues, <br /> possible gas limes through the area. <br /> Unit 20.2 - t-ransformer extension area needs to be <br /> reviewed. <br /> Unit 232 the mound as it e i-sts on the ground is <br /> quite different than that shown on the plan. <br /> �1 <br />
