Thomas Fudala, Town Planner, which reflects those comments made by Mr. Rowley. The Town Planner made re-ference to Special Permit Conditions that require completion of certain items prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit for the Roche Bros . building. The Building Inspector has issued a temporary occupancy permit ( o-days) . The connector road and landscaping of Phase 1, and h droseed for Phase 11 have not been completed. The Special Permit Decision provides fo-r security of the landscaping issues by a performance guarantee. There is n provision for the connector road to be secured for the - arnount of completion. The Town Planner suggested the temporary occupancy permit be extended, if possible. The Board suggested Mr. Murdock 'of Nstar be contacted and asked to assist in the resolution of this matter. Mr. Rowley explained that he had conducted an inspection of the roadway. The issue involving N-star" requires the removal of a transformer pad and some conduit in order to construct a final portion of the drainage and road widening. Under the circumstances he referred Mr. Tegathlin to the Plan-ning Board, suggesting the remaining cons-truction be secured. + The Chairman recognized Ed Hobbi, Superintendent of the job, who informed Ir. Rowley that the catch basin at Industrial Drive has been completed and that they are _ awaiting his inspection. Mr. Rowley explained their agreement was for final paving as far as the lst catch basins, just before the intersection, leaving approximately too-feet for paving to be done upon completion of the Istar installation. The final drainage is to be completed. There are a few minor loam and seed issues to be addressed (drainage area and detention area) . 1
