Thomas Fudala, Town Planner, <br /> which reflects those comments made by Mr. Rowley. <br /> The Town Planner made re-ference to Special Permit <br /> Conditions that require completion of certain items prior <br /> to the issuance of an occupancy permit for the Roche Bros . <br /> building. The Building Inspector has issued a temporary <br /> occupancy permit ( o-days) . <br /> The connector road and landscaping of Phase 1, and <br /> h droseed for Phase 11 have not been completed. The <br /> Special Permit Decision provides fo-r security of the <br /> landscaping issues by a performance guarantee. There is n <br /> provision for the connector road to be secured for the - <br /> arnount of completion. <br /> The Town Planner suggested the temporary occupancy <br /> permit be extended, if possible. <br /> The Board suggested Mr. Murdock 'of Nstar be contacted <br /> and asked to assist in the resolution of this matter. <br /> Mr. Rowley explained that he had conducted an <br /> inspection of the roadway. The issue involving N-star" <br /> requires the removal of a transformer pad and some conduit <br /> in order to construct a final portion of the drainage and <br /> road widening. Under the circumstances he referred Mr. <br /> Tegathlin to the Plan-ning Board, suggesting the remaining <br /> cons-truction be secured. + <br /> The Chairman recognized Ed Hobbi, Superintendent of <br /> the job, who informed Ir. Rowley that the catch basin at <br /> Industrial Drive has been completed and that they are _ <br /> awaiting his inspection. <br /> Mr. Rowley explained their agreement was for final <br /> paving as far as the lst catch basins, just before the <br /> intersection, leaving approximately too-feet for paving to <br /> be done upon completion of the Istar installation. The <br /> final drainage is to be completed. There are a few minor <br /> loam and seed issues to be addressed (drainage area and <br /> detention area) <br /> . <br /> 1 <br />
