Board with two options : -Change the <br /> Zoning Bylaw to exempt hotels within the IC Overlay <br /> District, and the pos-sibility of re-zoning the property to <br /> Cl-Commercial . Two Articles are being proposed in order to <br /> separate the issues . <br /> It was the consensus of the Board to support the re- <br /> zoning to Cl-Commercial for this property. <br /> The Town Planner reviewed his memo dated June 9, 2004 , <br /> Potential October Zoning Articles : <br /> Handicap Access - Proposed Town By-law and Zoning By- <br /> law, changes to definition and elimination of non-existent <br /> C1 V and CIO zones, and Commercial parking requirements. <br /> _19 <br />
