Ir. Megathlin agreed to provide some type of sidewalk <br /> on a temporary basis immediately in response to the concern <br /> -raised. <br /> The Board agreed to review this matter including <br /> Performance guarantee, landscaping, and sidewalk <br /> construction issues at the next Meeting scheduled meeting <br /> on July 7 . <br /> Preliminary Plan Filing <br /> Cheryl Rogers <br /> The Chairman recognized Brian Garner, Attorney, <br /> representing Applicant . <br /> Attorney Garland requested submission of. a plan for <br /> the preliminary subdivision process . He explained the <br /> location of the property is 87 Hoophol.e -Road, a --acre lot . <br /> to be subdivided to a -acre lot . <br /> Attorney Garland stated waiver requests are noted on <br /> the plan and are to be submitted in writing separately. <br /> This matter was scheduled for discussion on July 7. . <br /> Discussion <br /> October Zoning Articles <br /> • <br /> The Town Planner made reference to the Hotel/Brain <br /> Center issue, being height -nd o s open space/buffers,-which <br /> cannot be met on the site. <br /> He ro' vided the. Board with two options : -Change the <br /> Zoning Bylaw to exempt hotels within the IC Overlay <br /> District, and the pos-sibility of re-zoning the property to <br /> Cl-Commercial . Two Articles are being proposed in order to <br /> separate the issues . <br /> It was the consensus of the Board to support the re- <br /> zoning to Cl-Commercial for this property. <br /> The Town Planner reviewed his memo dated June 9, 2004 , <br /> Potential October Zoning Articles : <br /> Handicap Access - Proposed Town By-law and Zoning By- <br /> law, changes to definition and elimination of non-existent <br /> C1 V and CIO zones, and Commercial parking requirements. <br /> _19 <br />
