Discussion <br /> Zoning Articles - October Town Meeting <br /> Plan Review Committee <br /> I - Formalizing Plan Review/Technical Review Team as <br /> a Plan Review Committee to conduct plan reviews as required <br /> by the zoning by-laws . There was discuss-ion regarding the <br /> process which would consist of application with the <br /> Building Inspector, notice to Town Clem verifying the <br /> application is complete, at this point the plan review <br /> would be required to male a recommendation within- 1-days <br /> to either the Planning Board/Zoning Board of Appeals for <br /> Special Permit, or to -make a formal deci-s,ion on the plan <br /> review. <br /> It has been suggested that this group review and mare <br /> recommend-ations on all Special Permits (Planning and ZBA) , <br /> as well a,s to include the Town Manager, or designee to the <br /> committee. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a Motion to <br /> sponsor/submit the Article as proposed; which Motion was <br /> duly seconded by Lee Gurney and :so voted unanimously. <br /> Accessory Apartments - Section G has been amended to <br /> include language requiring curb cut permits be obtained <br /> from either the Town or State, as suggested by the Public <br /> Works Department . <br /> C-1 Zoning - For c1arification purposes a -map has been <br /> included "Parcel B #52 Commercial Street - Parcel D #33 <br /> Commercial Street". <br /> Height Article. - A separate article addre-sling height <br /> requirements -stories 4 -feet . <br /> Barking Requirements - This article would reduce <br /> parking requirements as indicated in the Institute of <br /> Transportation Engineers "'parking generation#' Guide. <br /> Handicap Access - No charge in the proposed article. <br /> A companion article will be filed as a Town By-law <br /> regarding signage and standards . <br /> 1 <br />
