The Consulting Engineer spoke to the unfinished <br /> landscaping at the detention areas for stormwater, it has <br /> not yet been determined if in fact all plantings have been <br /> made, guard rail and concrete monument installation, <br /> drainage -and paring at Industrial Drive. <br /> Mr. Megathlin informed the Board that monuments were <br /> installed today. <br /> The Contsulting Engineer informed the Board that <br /> Plymouth Saving Bank is to appear before the- Board of <br /> Appeals on July 14th regarding the matter of the sidewalk on <br /> Bhelll ack [day to request consideration of a variance, The <br /> project will include the elimination of the entrance from <br /> Route 28, with are exit at True value Hardware, completion <br /> of the sidewalk is pending this decision . <br /> The Town Planner mentioned citizen concern regarding <br /> the location of handicap space at the Roche Bros . entrance. <br /> ADA and the state require handicap spaces to be located <br /> closest to the entrance. <br /> The Chairman recognized Ed Howie, Superintendent, Kay <br /> Construction who -made reference to the site plan, handicap <br /> space location being directly across from the entrance to <br /> the store, and the fact that two (2) additional spaces have <br /> been provided at the Building Inspector's request . He is <br /> agreeable to the addition of more spaces if deemed <br /> neces-sary by the Board. There was some discussion as to <br /> the misconception of the entrance to the store. <br /> There being no further Board or Public comment the <br /> Chairman' entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to continue this <br /> matter to August 4, 2004 ; which Motion was duly seconded by <br /> Dennis Bal arini and so voted unanimously. <br /> Special Permits <br /> lindchime Point, Inc. <br /> Tindchime Point Condominium - Great Neck Road South <br /> Approval of Phase Ill Landscape Plans Buildi gs 43 and 4 <br /> The Chairman recognized Mike Nad elka, Windchime <br /> Point, who presented -plans entitled "Windchiml e Condominium <br /> Tree Definition Plan Phase III, dated Februa.ry 25, 2004, <br /> Revised June 15, 20 4" and „Landscaping Plan - Winddhime <br /> 5 <br />
