The developer is required to provided plans:, <br /> approved by an arbrit, for the design and construct ion of, <br /> tree wells which are to be completed prior to the issuance <br /> of an occupancy permit for any building within 5 -feet of <br /> said tree. <br /> 11th - refers to street light fixture requirements . <br /> There being- no Board comment the Chairman recognized <br /> Attorney Dunning who reported that as a result of a prior <br /> meeting progress ha-s been made regarding the relocation of <br /> Utility structures. <br /> He asked the Board to reconsider language in Condition <br /> 7 "No occupancy permits for the buildings approved under <br /> this decision shall be issued until the Board. has approved <br /> said plans for landscaping". He spoke to this issue as <br /> matter of financing concerns . <br /> It was the consensus of the Board to make no changes <br /> in the language, but to leave the Condition as written. <br /> The Consulting Engineer suggested language to -be added <br /> as a note on the plan, as well as to Condition #1 along <br /> with the requirements for drainage calculations . He <br /> provided said language to the gown Planner . <br /> There being no further Board comment the Chairman <br /> opened the floor to the Public and recognized the following <br /> speakers <br /> Gail Barnes -, Requested all phases of the current <br /> construction be completed prior to the first phase is <br /> turned over. She addressed the .issue of mounding of dirt <br /> around some units, some as high or higher than the <br /> rooflines on Masters Court and Leisure Green Drive North. <br /> Outside activities and use enjoyment of deck areas are <br /> limited. Some of the concerns living in an active <br /> construction area include blowing sand, drainage issues, <br /> run off :and erosion . She requested a timetable be set in <br /> place in order to address these issues. <br /> 7 <br />
