The main concern of the -unit owners is that <br /> there i no wall at the corner of the home, there is <br /> si.c nificant arr our t of erosion, and t- e downward gr� de of <br /> the slope.. <br /> Mr. Bonvie responded by agreeing that the wall should <br /> be connected to the corner of the house and that he has <br /> every intention to do so. He requested p r-mission from the <br /> Board to extend the retaining wall, <br /> + Mr. Bonvie suggested that he meet with the unit owners <br /> tomorr.o .r orn ,ng and report back to the Board with <br /> recommendations to stabilize the area at the next meeting, <br /> to which everyone agreed. <br /> The Chairman asked the speaker to state her major <br /> concerns to the Board: <br /> - Stabilizing the front of the house by extending the <br /> wall appropriately; address the is-sue of the steep grade <br /> along the side o-f the house; reprise the existing <br /> landscaping plan to show some provis-ions for grading in <br /> order to prevent erosion. <br /> After some discussion the Board agreed to authorize <br /> _ the consulting Engineer to make a decision/change in the <br /> field, along with the developer and the- unit owners, to be <br /> reprised on the as-'built plans. <br /> At this point the Town Planner reviewed the two items <br /> required to be completed -by October 13 th - 2-A and --0, <br /> parking at Ironwood. and Master3, and hydrseed between the <br /> sidewalk and the road. All other items are to be completed <br /> by August 27th. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion requiring all <br /> visitorparking spaces be so identified; which notion was <br /> duly seconded by Dennis Eal a-rini and so voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to modify Condition <br /> #12 of the Board' s February 2 , 204 Decision regarding the <br /> Southport Tina l Site Development Plan to read as follows : - <br /> vance crossing signs consistent with the 2003 edition o <br /> the manual/traffic control devices on streets and highways <br /> should be installed, the applicant may use a reduced sign. <br /> 1 <br />
