- Preliminary Plans <br /> Cheryl Rogers/Brian Garner, Dunning & Kirraine <br /> Off Hooppole Road, along John' s Pond <br /> Appr6val of -Lot Preliminary Subdivision Plan <br /> Planning Staff reported there is a Certificate of <br /> Action, In 'pect ion Report submitted by the Consulting <br /> Engineer, and Inspection Report submitted by the Deputy <br /> Fire Chief in this matter. <br /> It being 11 : oo p.m. the Chairman enterta-ined a motion <br /> to extend the time of the meeting. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to extend the <br /> time of the Planning Board Meeting in order to address the <br /> Preliminary Plans in this matter; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted unanimously. <br /> The Chairman recognized Attorney Brian Garner, <br /> representing the Applicant, who provided to the Town <br /> Planner a copy of the Deed to the Town for access easement <br /> and restrictions that are currently encumbering the <br /> property. <br /> He stated the Applicant' s rights in the roadway are <br /> well established both on the record as well as on the ANR <br /> plan adopted by the Planning Board in 1971 . <br /> The Applicant' s right to main-tain and improve the way <br /> are also well established. Said ANR plan shows the <br /> Applicant has the right to travel to and from her lot. <br /> Attorney Garner spoke to both the Consulting Engineer ' <br /> and Fire Department comments . He stated Applicant would be <br /> agreeable to providing either a fine hydrant or sprinkler. <br /> Attorney Garner provided revised plans for the Board <br /> to. review. Board comments have been incorporated into said <br /> plan . <br /> References were being made to a plan of lard entitled, <br /> "Preliminary Subdivision Plan located in Mashpee, MA, <br /> prepared for Cheryl Rogers, Revi ed July 18 , Zoo , by Cape <br /> Islands Engineering" . <br /> 1 <br />
