" <br /> The Chairman said that many of her reasons for voting <br /> to nominate the Town of Mashpee for a DCPC district are <br /> contained within the Vision Statement. <br /> The Chairman provided an information packet for <br /> everyone containing copies of motes of the Planning Board <br /> Meeting DCPC Discussion of August 18, 2004; Mashpee Focal <br /> Comprehensive Plan Elements: and Nomination papers prepared <br /> by the Town of Dennis. <br /> The Chairman Informed the Board of a meeting being <br /> mandated by the Cape Cod Commission on Tuesday, August k:h, <br /> at : oo p.m. , which is a requirement prior to -submission of <br /> a nomination fora, <br /> Public Hearing has been scheduled at Mashpee High <br /> School for Tuesday, August ' 1't, at 7 : oo p.m. , to be <br /> televised, if possible. <br /> The Chairman suggested everyone review the nomination <br /> form and begin to gather some thoughts about the areas to <br /> be included within the nomination, using the Comprehensive <br /> Plan Elements a-s a guideline. <br /> There was some discussion regarding those areas that <br /> might be exempted. <br /> The Chairman encouraged everyone to look at the Cape <br /> Cod Commission website Regional Policy Plan, model By-laws, <br /> raps and technical bulletins that might prove to be <br /> helpful . <br /> 13 <br />
