Beverly Kane thanked the Board of Selectmen fo'r their <br /> comments . She acknowledged receipt of written comments <br /> from Department Heads and Residents of the 'Town that will <br /> be entered into the Record. She urged members of the <br /> public to submit comments/concerns in writing, or e-mail so <br /> that they may become a part of the official Record and for <br /> review and consideration. <br /> She stated the Planning Board has made a commitment to <br /> nominate the Town of Mashpee as a District of Critical <br /> Planning Concern and intends to go forward with the <br /> completion of the nomination, ,and will consider -each and <br /> every suggestion made and will prat much thought into the <br /> proces-s.. The Planning Board will more forward on this <br /> -issue- thoughtfully in the hope of crafting a nomination <br /> that will be acceptable to the majority of the citizens of <br /> I ashpee . The comment period on the nomination .process has <br /> been extended to- September 1 , 2004 . <br /> She thanked everyone for attending the Public Hearing. <br /> She them entertained a motion to close the PUbl.ic <br /> Hearing. <br /> Planning Board <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a Lotion to close the <br /> Public Hearing; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee <br /> Gurney and so voted unanimously. <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Chairman Cahal.ane then entertained a motion t close <br /> the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion: Selectman.
