The purpose of this <br /> meeting is to obtain input from Mashpee residents . She <br /> acknowledged the concern raised regarding the buildabilit y <br /> of lots . A very short-terra moratorium is required under <br /> DCPC regulation after nomination. said Moratorium can :be <br /> t-ailored by the Commission, after acceptance, in any way <br /> the Town would like during the review process . <br /> Dennis Balarini identified those areas he is most <br /> concerned about to be wastewater issues, drinking water, <br /> and traffic impacts . He reiterated the purpose of this <br /> hearing is to obtain input from Mashpee residents . It is <br /> net his intention to attempt to prevent a landowner from <br /> development; his concern clearly is to improve the Town of <br /> Mashpee and preserve natural resources Mashpee Fivrer for <br /> the future. He explained this is a Learning process, he <br /> asked for cooperation and understanding from the members of <br /> the public, noting Cape Cod' Commission representatives are <br /> in attendance to assist the Town.
