The Motion carried. <br /> Votirig in Favor: John Halachis, Steve Dolan, and <br /> Dennis Bla-rini . <br /> Opposed: Beverly Kane and Lee Gurney. <br /> Preliminary Plan <br /> A KJJT, LLG Gape & Islands Engineering <br /> 588 Route 10 Assessors' Map 1 , Block 10 <br /> Discussion of 1 -Lot Preliminary Plan <br /> The Town Planner clarified this is a discussion item► <br /> not a submission. <br /> The chairman recognized Steve Giatrellis, who <br /> presented a plan entitled, ••Par liminary Site elan located <br /> in Mshpee, MA, prepared for ABUT, LLG dated August 28, <br /> 2004, by Gape & Islands Engineering" . <br /> Mr. Giatrellis explained this is a mixed-use <br /> subdivision that would. include -commercial lots, an <br /> industrial area, and an all-rental 40- area. <br /> The industrial area will generate minimum traffic, <br /> nitrate and septic u-se. The residential units will be <br /> built out in phases-, as the Town deems necessary. septic <br /> issues would be addressed and .incorporated into the road <br /> layout . <br /> The Board expressed concern for septic is-sues/sewer <br /> treatment plant denitri ication systems . <br /> The proposed commercial use would be a restaurant and <br /> office buildings . <br /> 6 <br />
