A date for <br /> the next work session mee.,ting will also be jade at this <br /> point . <br /> The Chairman asked Staff if they have received the <br /> following GIS maps from the Cape Cod Commission: WIC map, - <br /> Water Resources of Cape Cod; Threats to the Water Resources <br /> from 'De relopment: and a-stewater Facilities Disposal Area <br /> Constraints . <br /> Eric Smith replied he had not yet received said maps, <br /> and that he would a-maid. the Commission as a reminder. <br /> The Chairman reported on a conversation with Jim <br /> Tobin, 'resident of the Homebuilders Association- . Mr. <br /> Tobin suggested he and Ms. Kane meet, he has a desire to <br /> understand the D PC and is agreeable to working with the <br /> Board on the process. He did apologize for an earlier <br /> letter mailed out to the public by his predecessor which <br /> contained misinformation. <br /> It was suggested and agreed that Mr. Tobin be invited <br /> to attend the October 25th meeting, for a ten minute <br /> discussion beginning at : o p.m. <br /> The Chairman also reported on a conversation with <br /> Martha He enor regarding the -day moratorium. If the <br /> Board continues to work closely with the Cape Cod <br /> Commission through the process, it is possible for the <br /> moratorium process to last, on some DCPC applications, for <br /> as short a period as three ( days. <br /> (The Consulting Engineer excused himself from the <br /> Planning Board Meeting at this point. ) <br /> Town of Mashpee Charter Requirements <br /> The Chairman reported on a conversation with the Town <br /> Administrator regarding the status of the Planning Board <br /> Associate Member and was told that Ms . Nuey would have to <br /> ma- e a choice between a position on the Planning Board and <br /> her involvement on another Town Board. <br /> 1 <br />
