There was some discussion regarding the application <br /> process for designing a development agreement . It would <br /> require a three-way negotiation between the developer, <br /> Planning Board, and cape cod commission to be approved and <br /> signed by the Board of Selectmen as well . The Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals would also be involved with respect to the 4 B <br /> aspect of the project. <br /> The chairman expressed her support of the proposed <br /> project being constructed under a Development Agreement <br /> with the 'down/Planning Board in order to address a final <br /> design/plan that will be of benefit the Town and address <br /> wastewater, landscaping, and tree preservation issues . <br /> The Town Planner agreed the Development Agreement - <br /> Planning Board involvement is the right vehicle for this <br /> proposal. <br /> Mr. Giatrellis requested a letter of support from the <br /> Planning Board addressed to the attention of the Board of <br /> Selectmen. <br /> There was brief discussion regarding emergency/gated <br /> access . <br /> There being no further Board discussion the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: John- Halachis made a Motion directing the <br /> Planning staff to compose a letter to the Board of <br /> Selectmen stating the Planning Board supports the proposed <br /> project in concept and have encouraged the Developer t <br /> proceed, especially in view of the 40.B Affordable Housing <br /> units, as- well as support for a Development Agreement <br /> between the Town and the Developer.
