The Chairman, Beverly Kane, <br /> presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present : Dennis Bal arini, Vice <br /> Chairman; Steve .Dolan, Clerk; Lee Gurney: John Halachis; <br /> Beverly Kane, Chairman; and Myrna Nue , Associate Member. <br /> Also present : F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; and Eric <br /> Smith, Assistant Town Planner. <br /> A quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting <br /> to order at 7 : 00 p.m. As the first order of business she <br /> addressed the following :natter. <br /> Discussion Item <br /> Anthony J. LaCava - Casper Circle Access <br /> The Chairman recognized Ken ia=rsters and John <br /> la insk , representing Mr. LaCava. <br /> Mr. I ar.sters identified the subject natter to be <br /> access from either old Barnstable Road or Lowell Road, <br /> which- matter has been discussed at a previous meeting. The <br /> main concern being which road .is con-s-idered to be safer for <br /> general public traffic. <br /> References were being made to a plan of land entitled, <br /> "Roadway Intersection Detail located in i a hpee, NSA, <br /> prepared for AJL LaCava Realtor Tryst, dated May 3, 2004 , b <br /> Cape & Islands Engineering, Reprised October 30, 200 " . <br /> Mr. Slavinsky explained he used the template provided <br /> by the Consulting Engineer, and approved by the Fire <br /> Department . He stated Applicant has made every attempt to <br /> be a good neighbor to Mr. Al Morris. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky pointed out the wall and landscaping <br /> located on Mr. Morrisf property. <br /> 1 <br />
