Release of covenant on Lots I <br /> Attorney Schilling explained he did a tide search on a parcel and discovered 2 covenants on <br /> record: one for the new subdivi sion street Cliistopher Lane and one for the old.,Leona Trail. <br /> He is here to seek a release because Christopher Lane is complete and all other lots have been <br /> released. <br /> e presented plans: plan clearly indicate lots I &2 were not part of this subdivisiom <br /> Chris Johnson was present He built this subdivision and requested the board not release the <br /> covenant. Lot 2 has transferred 2 tames within the past month without a covenant release.
