Town Counsel has <br /> suggested more definitive .language re-gard'ing construction <br /> and landscaping deadlines.. <br /> The Town Planner and the Developer, Mr. Bonvie, have <br /> worked together to revise said language, as well as a <br /> accompanying plan. <br /> The Chairman recognized Mr. Bonvie who addressed the <br /> Board stating he feels he has addressed those concern-s <br /> raised by the Board at a previous meeting, that being a <br /> • written docent and plan. <br /> The Town Planner further explained that the plan <br /> indicates the appropriate Landscaping for each building (by <br /> building, not phases) . Any building permit that has been <br /> issued to a particular building prior to July lit of any <br /> year must have its landscaping completed by Tune 3 oth of the <br /> following year. Any building permits issued after July 1't <br /> must have landscaping completed b Septembers 0th o the <br /> p g p y <br /> following year.
