Village, and Southport . Southcape Village and Southport <br /> have exceeded the state permit limits. <br /> It was the general consensus of the Board to send <br /> letters to all of those developments under a Special Permit <br /> notifying. them when the terms of their conditions are not <br /> being met and that the Planning Board expects to be advised <br /> as to how they intend t resolve/correct the -situation. <br /> The Board directed Planning Staff to prepa-re said <br /> notif-ica-tion, requesting an appearance before the Board, in <br /> the event the 5ppm as required under Special Permit has not <br /> been met, with a copy to Board of Health. <br /> Discussion - New Seabury, Flat Pond Subdivision. <br /> Request for the Consulting Engineer and Planning Board <br /> Members to have the opportunity to review the plans prior <br /> to and in preparation of the next meeting. Minor <br /> adjustments need- to be made to the plan as the Developer <br /> has allowed some o.f the land to be used for parking for the <br /> Brain Center. <br /> Correspondence <br /> Letter from Ed Baler, 197 Captain' s Row, Mashpee, MA <br /> addressed to Joyce Mason, Town Administrator, with a copy <br /> to Beverly Kane, in which he expresses concern regarding <br /> the water level in Mashpee- 1a eby Lake. The Planning Board <br /> -has no authority in this matter; the letter is a matter of <br /> courtesy and information. <br /> F <br /> Water District request for Planning Board sponsorship <br /> of Zoning Articles for the October Town Meeting. <br /> Community Preservation Committee Community <br /> Preservation Act - Town Meeting has voted this committee be <br /> created, one member of the Planning Board is required. <br /> Beverly bane volunteered to represent the Planning Board on <br /> this newly formed committee. <br /> Mashpee Commons - Rotary traffic concerns are being <br /> addressed and the Board of Selectmen has suggested a study <br /> committee be established. A Planning Board representative <br /> is required for this committee as well .
