The Town Planner suggested the A1R plan be submitted <br /> for clarification of the location of said street name under <br /> discussion. <br /> Mr. Romanowicz identified made reference to the <br /> driveway which is the actual access to the lots and which <br /> will be named at this meeting for p biic emergency safety <br /> issues . <br /> Lee Gurney - "I have a question, there are some trails <br /> that go along in here, what' s happening with them?" <br /> Mr. Romanowicz replied, "There is a walking path still <br /> in place, with an easement to have a walking place...a place <br /> for the public" . <br /> Lee Gurney asked, "Is it a public walking place for <br /> your...,. <br /> Mr. Romanowicz interjected, "'For New eabury..." <br /> Lee Gurney - ""For New seabury, right. Because- I <br /> notice that somebody has planted trees. in the middle of <br /> Mr. Romanowic - ►•counsel got that squared away and <br /> it' s got to be relocated. " <br /> Lee Gurney - "Ah, very good. " <br /> The Town Planner asked about trail access running from <br /> the homes at Greensward, asking if there is any potential <br /> for relocation of said trail or provision of are alternative <br /> path. He mentioned said access has been used for decades <br /> and there is public concern regarding construction of the <br /> subdivision. <br /> Nor. Romanowicz agreed there has been homeowner <br /> concern. He stated, "I told them that it wa-s possible that <br /> we could work something out...selling off the lots-by access <br /> of the rear of their properties and work something out with <br /> the foot trail in some of that area next to the wetlands. <br /> But we would have to go to the Conservation commission in <br /> order to do that. That would be a reasonable place for u <br /> to let them access, since we own that land..." <br /> 7 <br />
