Mr. Megathlin offered to establish an escrow account <br /> with the Town. <br /> The Town Planner suggested this matter` be scheduled <br /> for a Public Hearing. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to schedule a <br /> Public Hearing in this matter for June 15, 2005 at : 10 <br /> p.m. , which Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a further. Motion to <br /> schedule a Public Hearing for the filing of the Definitive <br /> Plan Layout for Commercial ercial Street and shellback Gray for <br /> June 1. , 2005 at 7 : 20 p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded <br /> by Lee Gurney and so voted unanimously. <br /> Definitive Plan <br /> Wi l lowbend Country club, ln'c. -Shoest ring Bay Road <br /> Signature of Definitive Plan Modification <br /> The Chairman rcogni zed Jack Mcllhinney, Attorney for <br /> fillorbend Country Club,, who informed the Board that the <br /> Town Clerk has signed off on completion of the appeal <br /> period. He provided a covenant, noting this information <br /> should be added. to the plan. <br /> The matter being in order and -having been <br /> voted/approved on March 16, 2005, the following Planning <br /> Board Members signed "Definitive Plan Shoe tring Bay Road, <br /> Modified Subdivision Shoestring Bay Estates, Willowbend <br /> Country Club, Ma hpee, MA" : Beverly Kane, Dennis <br /> Balarini, Lee Gurney, and John Halachis . <br /> Release of Performance Guarantee <br /> Veil lowbend Country Club, Inc. - ulna uisett Avenue <br /> Release of Outstanding Road Bonds <br /> The chairman recognized Attorney McIlhinney who <br /> provided background information in this matter. Two <br /> different security accounts were established with the Town <br /> when this project began 1 One account was in excess <br /> of two million dollars for the sewer treatment plant, the <br /> other was in the approximate amount of three hundred <br /> thousand- dollars for security of construction of Phase I . <br /> 12 <br />
