Planning Board MemberJohn Halachis arrived at the <br /> Meeting at this point, 7 : 15 p.m. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> Windchime Point Condominium on-Site Visit <br /> September 24, 2005 <br /> MOTION : Dennis Balzari-ni made a Motion to approve and <br /> accept the Min-ut-es of September 24, 2005 as submitted; <br /> which Motion was duly seconded by John Halachis and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Voting in Favor: Beverly Kane, Dennis. Bal.zarini, and <br /> John Halachis . <br /> bsta i n i.ng from the Vote: Lee Gurney, as she was not <br /> present at the September 24, 2005 Meeting. <br /> SpecialPermit <br /> f indchime Point - off Great Neck load South <br /> Discussion of Revegetation of Construction Drive <br /> Review of Phase III and Status of Overall Project <br /> The Town Planner reported the detailed landscape plans <br /> and access rights have not yet been prepared. Town Counsel <br /> has suggested a covenant be provided.. <br /> The revegetation plan for the construction access has <br /> been prepared for Planning Board approval and the plants <br /> are on site and ready for planting. <br /> Discussion <br /> evegetation of Construction Drive <br /> The chairman recognized Toni Quinn,. Windchime Point, <br /> who provided a sketch plan indicating the types of plants <br /> and an invoice verifying the materials are currently on <br /> site and ready for planting. <br /> Mr. Quinn explained this to- be a ve.ry simple- plan <br /> showing the strip of grass, 4-ft . wide at Great Neck Road, <br /> 1 2-ft . on the other s id'e, and an even forest type <br /> distribution of trees, the species as indicated at the <br /> bottom of the sketch. <br /> The chairman noted the species to be Norway Maple, <br /> Sugar Maple, and Black Pine. <br /> 2 <br />
