Rowley: "Mashpee Investors <br /> LLC and their successors in title will be respons-ible for <br /> all maintenance and upkeep of all -site utilities" . <br /> Mr. iegathlin mentioned the regulations in place., <br /> Stormwater Maintenance Plan Planning Board.) ; Operating <br /> Agreement Wastewater Treatment Plant DEP) ; Escrow with <br /> Cape Cod Commission in the amount of $287, 000 . 00 for <br /> Landscaping -years for Phase I and 1-year for Phase II) . <br /> Mr. Iegathlin informed the Board that the amount for <br /> setting approximately forty monuments is $ , 2 0 . 00, which <br /> figure will be guaranteed by a cash performance bond. <br /> The anticipated amount for inspections made to the <br /> project by the Town' s Consulting Engineer is $6, 000 . 00 with <br /> regard to matters- of drainage and grading. <br /> r. I egathlin then provided the Board with reprised <br /> plan copies entitled, "Definitive Subdivision for South <br /> Cape Village, Mashpee, MA, Key Plan, by Ba terr Nye <br /> Engineering & Surveying, for Iashpee Investors, ITC, dated <br /> 09/29/05 <br /> The Town Planner mentioned that Applicant has <br /> requested a series of waivers, which have not yet been <br /> voted by the Board. The Consulting Engineer is suggesting <br /> that the Board vote to waive the fact that Applicant does <br /> not have to submit anything based upon the requirements <br /> (not to waive t-he requirements) , as that information has <br /> been submitted related to the Special Permit. <br /> The Consulting Engineer noted that construction <br /> detail-s have already been submitted and approved as part of <br /> the- site plan, the Board should consider voting to waive <br /> the requirement that they be resubmitted as part of the <br /> Definitive Plan. .He suggested that reference be made to <br /> 4 <br />
