This is an appeal pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A, Section 17, from <br /> the issuance of a Decision for a Written Finding of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of <br /> Mashpee, Barnstable County, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, issued on or about March 12, <br /> 2014 and filed with the office of the Town Clerk on March 18, 2014. Defendants Jay J. Derenzo <br /> and Elizabeth A Derenzo, Trustees are owners of the residential property located at 134 <br /> Popponesset Island Road ("subject premises"). Plaintiff is the owner of a residential property <br /> located at 140 Popponesset Island Road which is directly adjacent to the subject premises. Both <br /> parcels are located in the R-3 Zoning District. Through its Decisions the Defendant Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals approved the continuance, extension or alteration of a pre-existing, non-conforming <br /> structure so as to allow for the razing of an existing single family home and accessory structures <br />
