Letter received from Pio Lombardo, Lombardo Associates, Inc. —Information on <br /> Nitrex wastewater treatment systems. <br /> Cape Cod Conunission to wiIlo vbend I eveIopment.—Requesting annual water <br /> quality reports. <br /> Mass. Division of Fisheries & wildlife—Regarding Quashnet Valley expansion. <br /> Letter and attachments from Anthony Agnitti—Regarding helicopter pads/use. <br /> As well as letters-received from Donald L f `ert, Lisa.A.gnitti, Malcolm Sherman, <br /> and Mary and warren Saab—All regarding helicopter pads/use, requesting the Town <br /> impose some regulation. <br /> Town Counsel has advised that because helicopter landing pails are not an <br /> allowed use within the table of uses, they are not allowed. <br /> The Chairman recognized Tom Reid, who expressed concern regarding the issue <br /> of.helicopter landings at Ockway Bay. As a concerned resident, he asked for direction <br /> from the Board. <br /> The Planning Board advised him that this is an enforcement issue and that he <br /> should request relief from the Building Inspector, in writing, which requires a response <br /> within 1 -days. There is also an appeal process through the Zoning Board of Appeals if a <br /> resident is not satisfied with the Building inspector's action. <br /> Ad j oumment <br /> Where being no further Flaming Board business to address the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion to adjourn. <br /> MOTION: Dennis 1 al arini made a Motion to adjourn; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Joseph Mullin and so voted unanimously. <br /> (The July 15, 2009 Planning Board Meeting was thereupon dissolved at :00 <br /> P.M.) <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> He etta I eArcangelis <br /> Board Secretary <br />
