He feels that the building does not cause any deterioration at the Lonna's <br /> Dane intersection as it will be right-in, right-out only. <br /> With reference to the location of the entrance, Mr. Megathlin explained that when <br /> the original plans were approved by the Cape Cod Commission in 2000, there was <br /> strong feeling that there should be two entrances for stores and that is hove they voted. In <br /> compliance; there are entrances to stores on South Street and along the sidewalks parallel <br /> to route 28. Secondly, because WaIgreens is a national tenant. they have a prototype of <br /> their stores/site plan.
