Mr. Rowley h ught this estimate of$500.00 was a bit low, so he spoke with Greg Taylor. Mr. Taylor thought an estimate of S 17000.00 was more realistic. Mr. Rowley agreed with the S1,000.00 estimate; based on that, the board will retain $l, .00 ($1,000.00 estimate plus an additional 1% $ 00.00 for a total of$1,500.00 retained. The board,to date, has retained$155200.00. The board and Mr. Rowley signed the release of Performance Guarantee.
