Assistant Town Planner,Eric Twaro , submitted a revision to <br /> the regulations about digital submissions, suggesting that all plans be submitted-on <br /> Windows Compatible -1 " discs, zip disc, or CD. Also suggested, the plans shall be <br /> referenced to Mass State Mane Coordinate system using the North American Datum of <br /> 1983 and the North American Vertical of 1988 Datum.
