The plan has since been <br /> changed to the current approach. Mr. Malone stated that Ms. Jackson would like to be <br /> assured that there will be on site supervision of this proposed developrnent� from this <br /> point-forward during the active building of hones, and that there no further destruction of <br /> her property will occur,again requesting on site supervision to prevent that,and that there <br /> will be no runoff`from the proposed drainage pit onto her property,.and that someone wil <br /> take responsibility should any runoff occur,and finally that no construction vehicles will <br /> be parked on her portion of a small gavel way on,John Hewitt road. Mr. Fudala <br /> suggested the board look at the three conditions under.the Preliminary Plan approval <br /> along with a Board of Health letter, dated . One condition i to satisfy Mr. <br /> o ley's letter of 1 with regard to drainage and runoff; second condition is to clarify <br /> ghat will happen in the area between the turnaround and the old.John Emer Road <br /> (unpaved)as to what kind of physical condition will be there to prevent people crossing <br /> through. Mr. Sanicla responded he had provided, in a letter to Mr. Rowley,that either a <br /> fence or plantings would be pot in the area. 111r. Fudala stated that information would <br /> have to be in the approved plan. A discussion followed as to how far in either direction <br /> down the road the fence plantings would go on either side of the cul de sac. Mr. Fudala <br /> stated ' each side of-the cul de sac. Mr. Malone questioned what size and kind of <br /> shrubs would be appropriate. fir. alzarii stated he thought more than ' would b <br /> necessary. He also wondered if all existing vegetation could be left w*th more added a <br /> necessary. The Planning Board will need a vegetation plan. The board decided, on the <br /> lot 6 side, 1 ' vegetation with a plan to be submitted-by Cape &Islands.- Mr. Balzarini <br /> stated they would need 11r. wley's consents. Mr. Tudala asked what would be <br /> shown on the plan? The response from Mr. Sanicl i was existing. leis. Jackson lowed at <br /> the plan as submitted to board to ask about vegetation along the side of the road and <br /> drainage and runoff issues.
