Mr. Megathfin told the Planning Board the final hearing is scheduled for 511 1 00 with DRI. Very few changes to the application.have been made. A couple of changes have been made. A change to open space l l acres, off site with Consmation Commission approval)has been made. couple of minor changes to the water resources report—the rukrate level is caged from 1.67 to .56 ki i ograms per acre per year. The issue of transportation has been a problem. The applicant has strongly resisted the nonsuuctural mi iga ion required by the Cape Cod Commission CCC ;they CCC have acquiesced somewhat so the applicant has looked t four intersections and will be contributing another$11,000 mitigations as a result of that. The applicant would like it to be earmarked for one intersection, for one area,but the way the CCC works is that some money is marked for one area, some money for another area, and so on into a pot. Mr. Fudala indicated the CCC could earrmark all the money for one area if they so choose. 1r. meathliu stated he had met with the Town Administrator who would like to see the money-earmarked for one intersection. The applicant indicated their disappointment with Shellback way,but they are proposing a right in only from Route 28, which is not their preference. On community chmucter,they have.set up a design review format with the Design Review Committee.
