Mr. Megathfin told the Planning <br /> Board the final hearing is scheduled for 511 1 00 with DRI. Very few changes to the <br /> application.have been made. A couple of changes have been made. A change to open <br /> space l l acres, off site with Consmation Commission approval)has been made. <br /> couple of minor changes to the water resources report—the rukrate level is caged from <br /> 1.67 to .56 ki i ograms per acre per year. The issue of transportation has been a problem. <br /> The applicant has strongly resisted the nonsuuctural mi iga ion required by the Cape Cod <br /> Commission CCC ;they CCC have acquiesced somewhat so the applicant has looked <br /> t four intersections and will be contributing another$11,000 mitigations as a result of <br /> that. The applicant would like it to be earmarked for one intersection, for one area,but <br /> the way the CCC works is that some money is marked for one area, some money for <br /> another area, and so on into a pot. Mr. Fudala indicated the CCC could earrmark all the <br /> money for one area if they so choose. 1r. meathliu stated he had met with the Town <br /> Administrator who would like to see the money-earmarked for one intersection. The <br /> applicant indicated their disappointment with Shellback way,but they are proposing a <br /> right in only from Route 28, which is not their preference. On community chmucter,they <br /> have.set up a design review format with the Design Review Committee. This concluded <br /> I&. l legathlin's presentation to the Plying Board with a request for support from the <br /> planning Board. fir.
