Rowley also commented the subsect road is lengthy and <br /> that it i in need of attention if it is expected to withstand <br /> the use of an approximate sic to, eight house lots. <br /> The Chairman suggested releasing the Consulting Engineer' s <br /> letter to Mr. odriqu e' s, informing him that the Planning Board <br /> endorses its contents. <br /> There was some discussion regarding the status of the <br /> Covenant/Lot Releases. <br /> The Chairman entertained a motion be made in this regard. <br /> MTI Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to approve the <br /> release of said letter received from the Consulting Engineer, <br /> Charles Rowley, to Mr. Rodriques informing him that the Planning <br /> Board endorses -the recommendations, made therein, and to request <br /> a response/reply; which Motion was seconded by Beverly Kane and <br /> so noted unanimously. <br /> The Town Planner informed the Consulting -Engineer of Mr. <br /> Govoni ' s claim to have received a lower bidder with reference to <br /> the Lipnosky Subdivis on.
