Prose made reference to Condition #10 of the Special <br /> Permit. The Chairman responded by stating this Condition has <br /> been discussed and that inspections have been made by the <br /> Consulting Engineer as construction is completed. <br /> The Town Planner stated Planning Board approval has been <br /> given for the location of buildings and the re west to begin <br /> foundations for five buildings. <br /> Mr. Tracysck stated that the first time plans were submitted <br /> to residents of the original fourteen units was in the field as <br /> the surveyors were working. Ms. Prose stated the residents have <br /> never been notified of a change. <br /> Both the Town Planner and the Vice Chairman stated <br /> representatives from the Association had been in attendance <br /> at Planning Board Meetings when these issues had been discussed. <br /> Mr. Tracysck argued that although they may have been in <br /> attendance., they were not allowed to view the plan in detail. <br /> The Nice Chairman clarified any/all plans under discussion <br /> were available to the public,, being opened for viewing and <br /> discussion on the table at the time the Windchime Point matter <br /> was being addressed. <br /> Ms. Prose and Mr. Tracysck raised further concerns regarding <br /> the location/encroachment and number of buildings, as well as the <br /> proposed parking lot area. <br /> The Board determined there are no additional units being <br /> constructed, that there is in fact one 1 less unit being <br /> proposed. <br /> -4- <br />
