He <br /> � <br /> stated the Special Permit-windchime Point was modified several <br /> E.r years ago, at which point Applicant had a Purchase and Sale <br /> sa: Agreement and provided all representations at Planning Board <br /> Meetings <br /> V{Y_ • <br /> �r <br /> At the time of approval, the Purchase and Sale Agreement had <br /> expired and the matter had gone to litigation, The Planning <br /> Board determined that the approved Special Permit was to be held <br /> in escrow until such time as ownership was clarified and <br /> Applicant could demonstrate legal ownership. <br /> The Special Permit has been a roved the appeal ! <br /> p pp ppea period has <br /> expired and the Town Clerk has signed off. Full Board signatures <br /> are required in order for Applicant to file Special Permit at the <br /> Registry of Deeds. <br /> The Town Planner then stated the only issue unclear to him <br /> at this point is the exact location of the temporary access road.. <br /> Applicant informed the Board that representatives of the <br /> Town Building and Fire Departments are scheduled to meet with <br /> Applicant' s construction crew on Thursday, January 7, 1999 for <br /> the purpose of laying out said temporary access road.
