He pointed out the <br /> economic importance of an outlet center to maintain the 4. 8/4 . 9 <br /> -'` parking ratio, being proposed. All other matters of concern <br /> expressed by the Planning Board have been addressed. <br /> =' Applicant stated the amount of s tormwater runoff/bio filter <br /> swales within the parking area has been increased from thert +`� <br /> If <br /> (30%-) percent to seventy (70W) percent. He stated the Cape Cod # <br /> Commission appears to be satisfied in this regard.
