Permit: "To construct in three phases, Applicant shall prior to <br /> the commencement of construction within any phase submit to the <br /> Building Inspector and the Planning Board site plans, engineering <br /> b drawings, specs, architectural renderings and building plans and ,li1Y, <br /> � shall specifically describe any proposed revisions to building 1 t 1l <br /> F footprints, roadways, garages, architectural design, building <br /> profiles, or common areas within that phase for prior review and <br /> =r approval of the Building Inspector and the Planning Board.
