He apologized to the Board for _ <br /> any inconvenience. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to continue the <br /> Public Hearing in this matter to May S, 1999 at 7:00 p.m,, whichI <br /> Motion was seconded by Martine Meijering and so voted <br /> unanimously, <br /> Discussion <br /> Charles Tal anian/Don Megathlin-Status Report CCC Review <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Mr• <br /> Megathlin in who thanked the Board for the letter sent to the a Cap <br /> Cod Commni s s ion in reference to support of the connect-or road and <br /> suggestions ions for intersection gg ersection improvements. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Megathlin informed the Board the DRI has been submitted, <br /> with Applications submitted to ME 1L• <br /> P PA, Cape Cod. Commission,s 1or1, and. <br /> Planning Board/Department. He stated. Applicant has filed for the <br /> Special Permit under the Commercial Center Bylaw. <br /> Mr. Megathlin also stated his wish to review the Fiscal <br /> Analysis- -Traffic and Cape Cod Commission issues. Mr. Megathlin <br /> mentioned growth within the Town and the accompanying need for „* <br /> services, stating non-residential development does not provide <br /> an increase in services. He also stated the non--residential tax _ <br /> base in Mashpee is extremely low. all. <br /> Mr, Megathlin stated this development would broaden they°; <br /> i <br /> non-residential tax base with no impact on services.
