(Copies were provided. ) >> <br /> Mr. Rowley provided copies of two (2) separate <br /> plans *oil indicating drainage locations/information. Mr. Rowley l further <br /> explained the drainage construction b ng proposed by Applicant, <br /> ; j P <br /> He indicated three (3) additional leaching pits and collection <br /> points being proposed. He also stated the stone area is to be 0; <br /> uncovered by the developer/contractor in order to mine its ,:k <br /> condition. k .41 4 <br /> Jean Schofield, Unit #45, informed the Board of an existing <br /> puddle on the <br /> p property. Mr. Rowley reminded her nothing h et <br /> been authorized '� " ► <br /> � as y <br /> by the Planning Board to remedy the situation. <br /> { I. <br /> John Craig, Unit #4� inquired g qu as to what was meant by the <br /> use of the word, "gravel" . Mr. Rowley responded that Mr. Byrne <br /> had provided stone for the area in question. There was some <br /> discussion as to the exact location of said "gravel" and of its <br /> condition. Excavation has not yet taken place. An additional <br /> leaching pit may have to be constructed if not located as <br /> indicated ' . <br /> on the plan, <br /> Mr. Craig further commented on the water conditions of this <br /> property. The Chairman determined a water problem has been duly <br /> established. <br /> Al Schofield, Unit #45, inquired as to the location of the , <br /> storm sewers for #7 6, #7 7, and #7 8.
