At the rear of the Mashpee in Parr <br /> are two large residentially zoned lots. Under Zoning,you cannot access residential housing <br /> through an in area,so they cannot do anything with those lots. The Economic <br /> Development C m ittee has been talking with the Mashpee Industrial Park about working a <br /> deal whereby they would end up with a lot out of that area for Economic Development <br /> purposes—the deal is that we will zone it industrial and they will turn around and give us <br /> some of the property. ,I. <br /> .. <br /> 41 <br /> Zo*g <br /> iM Y <br /> law Amendment Rmardhx Golf Course: <br /> Mr.Fudala commented that this amendment deals with the 200 foot buffer. 'Where was � <br /> discussion regarding willow Bend and Mr.Fudala noted that willow Bend would fall under �; f <br /> the old zommg and would not be affected. , <br /> f <br /> After questioning Mr.James Doh � <br /> qu g by Dorgan,,Mr.Fudala stated that he will make the wording <br /> clearer. Mr.Fudala noted that he will add something after separate parcels—"parcels,which , <br /> may be integrated within the golf course project boundaries,and be subject to the provisions "41 <br /> used. ' <br /> Mr.James Dorgan questioned the 200'buffers. Mr.Fudala stated that the 240'buffers are set <br /> for storm water drainage.
