' <br /> 2 Reduction of the amount of the $125,000 bond required under Condition 31 of the May 1997 <br /> permit modification. ` <br /> Modification of certain buildings to split six unit buildings into separate three 4 <br /> 3}Mod g p g p ee unit buildings. <br /> 4}Reduction of the required water quality monitoring frequency from quarterly to yearly.
