CIF y With regard to modification request 4, as described above, the Board finds that the water quality monitoring program currently required by the Special Permit is appropriate and should not be amended at this time. However, the Board will allow suspension of that monitoring program until June, 2000, at which time the Applicant indicates that the project's proposed wastewater treatment plant will begin operation.
