Chairman. � <br /> Kuchinski commented that the Town ofMahspee has a new stormwater zoning by-law which ' ,I <br /> was passed at May Town Meeting that affects the plans. Chairman Kuchinski staled that a `! <br /> copy of this by-law can be obtained at the Town Clerk's office. <br /> Chairman Kuchinski cemented that the Planning Board would like to see what the road { <br /> profile is. He also commented that he would like to see what the Fire Chief has to say about <br /> access in the road because he would need to be able to negotiate the circle with his fire "I <br /> Vehicles.
