He stated the Board of <br /> Selectmen is in support of the project being proposed, <br /> .especially the dialysis center. <br /> The Chairman determined there were no members of the <br /> general public who wished to male a comment on the proposed <br /> project. <br /> There being no further discussion, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion to close the Public Hearing in this <br /> matter. <br /> MOTION: Dennis al ari-ni made a Motion to close <br /> Public Hearing in this matter.; which Motion was seconded b <br /> Pon Myers and so voted unanimously. <br /> With regard to Decision/Conditions, Mr. Storrs started <br /> there were extensive conditions ,imposed with the original <br /> Special Permit, all of which will remain in effect . <br /> The Town Planner suggested a condition be imposed that <br /> the Design review Comrmittee determine the final approval on <br /> all signs. <br /> Mr. Storrs stated the Cape Cod Commission may request <br /> the right to review the final elevation plans prior to the <br /> issuance of a building permit. <br /> Richard Terry commended the Applicant stating this <br /> medical treatment is well needed. <br /> 11 <br />
